The Moshulu is a unique waterfront restaurant on the world’s largest four masted sailing ship, located at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia’s port. Owned by experienced restrauteur Martin Grims, the ship has been completely restored and renovated and has been cleverly decorated with a South Seas vibe, giving it an exotic, holiday style feel yet at the same time has maintained all of its old charm with some stunning woodwork. Eye to detail has been key at The Moshulu where even the tableware is of exceptional quality. The menu, created by Executive Chef Ralph Fernandez, features a Modern American style cuisine using the finest ingredients available. The lobster bisque, honey glazed quail and loin of venison are well worth a mention. The wine list is well priced and includes a good selection international classics that match the menu well. The Moshulu private dining rooms, main dining room and bar all take full advantage of the unparalled views over the waterfront and the city of Philadelphia, making it one fabulous place to dine.
