Art the helm of the Primehouse New York kitchen is Executive Chef Brian O’Donohoe, an experienced and very talented chef who has created a stunning menu. The restaurant boasts its very own Himalayan rock salt tiled aging room which means that meat can be dry aged on the premises, ensuring the highest quality. The menu is filled with the best cuts of prime USDA beef, many of it brought in from the Creekstone Farms in Kentucky. Filet Mignon, NY strip, rib eye- the list is endless. Try the dry aged 39oz Porterhouse for two which is sliced at your table. If you don’t fancy steak, other highlights include the Chilean sea bass with sushi rice crisp, baby bok choy and ginger soy emulsion or the jumbo lump crab cakes.
